As many of you know, Bee-Yond Clean has expanded significantly over the past 18 months. Whilst our window cleaning service continues to do well, our domestic and commercial cleaning divisions have grown even faster, bringing with them new opportunities, new staff and exciting plans for the future.

Unfortunately, balancing the demands of leading a growing business whilst personally maintaining a large window cleaning round has become increasingly difficult. After a challenging period with my health, I've had to make the decision to step back from the exterior window cleaning side of the business so I can focus my time and energy where it is needed most.

The good news is that this isn't a goodbye—it's simply a change of who you'll see at your property.

From 1st September 2026, your regular window cleaning service will be provided by Damian, Director of RV External Cleaning. Damian will be in touch to discuss payment arrangements in due course.

This wasn't a decision I took lightly. Damian is someone I've known for some time and, more importantly, someone I trust completely. Since returning to window cleaning around 18 months ago, he's built an excellent reputation and shares Bee-Yond Clean's values of reliable, professional and friendly service.

Throughout July and August, Damian will be working alongside me to learn the individual requirements of each property and, where possible, introduce himself before officially taking over. My aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible so that your service continues without disruption.

I'm also pleased to let you know that there will be no immediate price increases as part of this change.

Although I'll no longer be cleaning windows personally, Bee-Yond Clean isn't going anywhere. In fact, our business is continuing to grow, so if you ever need any of our internal cleaning services, whether domestic or commercial, we'd still love to hear from you.
